Eating out

There are more and more plant-based/ vegan restaurants popping out across Rhode Island and even more vegan menu options available at many non-vegan restaurants.

Just because it’s vegan, doesn’t mean it’s healthy. I’m aware that the main goal of a restaurant is to make delicious food (which means little restriction on salt, sugar and oil) so I personally tend to eat out only on special occasions. But when I do go out, I have a few favorites: Plant City, (vegan) Garden Grille, (vegetarian with lots of vegan options) and Like No Udder (vegan ice-cream).
