So you’ve just seen a food documentary or read a book that got you thinking about your current diet – and you say to yourself that it’s time to start moving towards a plant-based diet. Ok, that’s great! But – how do you start? The though of getting rid of all the junk food in your kitchen and learning how to cook plant-based meals might be a bit overwhelming. Well – that doesn’t have to be the case!
The key is to Start Simple – one meal at a time; Check out some ideas below.
Maybe just start with having plant-based breakfasts for a week. Then, on the second week, add in the plant-based lunches. Next week focus on the plant-based dinners and finish up the month with figuring out some plant-based snacks and deserts.
