This book goes through the most common chronic diseases one by one, and explains exactly how to eat in order to avoid succumbing to those chronic diseases. 

Heart Disease is present for children as young as 12. Wouldn’t it be helpful to know how to prevent and reverse the Number One cause of death in America???
